Because every ADIZA piece is handmade and prepared with care, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
At this time, we currently do not offer exchanges/returns.
While all sales are final, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Shipping
Every ADIZA piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully packaged with love in California.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ADIZA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
